EXHIBITION: Beloved Country Houses and Favourite Places of Creative Inspiration for Russian Writers, 23 March

From 23rd  March onwards the  Russian Cultural Centre Rossotrudnichestvo will host the exhibition
Beloved Country Houses and Favourite Places of  Creative Inspiration for Russian Writers . It will also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Russian Arts Help charity and 5th anniversary of the Russian Cultural Centre Rossotrudnichestvo in London.

The exhibition features paintings by twenty-five artists who enthusiastically responded to the invitation to participate in the show. All works are linked with the names of favourite Russian writers and poets, such as  Pushkin, Griboedov, Lermontov, Chekhov, Ostrovsky, Brodsky, Pasternak. The paintings convey the creative atmosphere in which the masters of poetry and prose lived and worked, thus, bringing them  closer to the audience.

The exhibition was organised by the Russian Arts Help Foundation and Olga Adamishina.
