• The tourism sector lacks of market-oriented approach.
• Communication and hospitality infrastructure is in need of up gradation.
• Tourism has largely been given a short shrift by the government.
• Inefficiency of Airlines
• Terrorism
• Inability to Cope with Natural Disasters

conclusion:

Tourism is one of the most rapidly growing industries in the world, which accounts for 10 per cent of the global GDP. It is an important means of income generation, job creation, poverty reduction, foreign exchange earnings and promotion of cross-cultural understanding and cooperation. Many countries generate income from tourism, especially countries like Austria and Turkey because people generally enjoy travelling, exploring and sightseeing. Pakistan is a country immensely blessed with the wonders of mother nature.

It possesses a variety of creations; from the great Himalayas to the great Thar desert, from Mohin-jo-daro to Khewra and the beautiful Muree Hills. Our cultures and traditions attract many tourists toward Pakistan which can help us generate a handsome revenue. The government of Pakistan is spending money on non-productive matters, if they spend it on tourism instead, our country could generate extra revenue.
